The graduate program didn't guarantee employment after the program contract which is changing based on feedback. I have successfully redeployed in the company. There are a vast diversity of roles and opportunity for someone with my degree from operations to planning to project to strategy to asset management. There is a great culture of secondments in the company I find attractive to diversify your experience.
There isn't a lot of structure around career progression opportunities. Personal development is a big focus, but there isn't always a clear path for promotion.
Many opportunities to learn throughout graduate rotations that can be aligned to your career goals. Graduates are not guaranteed positions beyond the role at the moment (although this is under review).
