While most team interactions are limited to work-related meetings, it can be challenging to engage with some of the more senior or older colleagues, who typically prefer to keep socializing to a minimum. Additionally, opportunities to connect with higher leadership outside of formal settings are somewhat limited. However, once you build friendships within the team, the culture is very supportive and inclusive, with regular coffee catch-ups and lunches that foster a positive work environment.
Very good culture, however due to many working from home there is a severe lack of camaraderie within the office. This is not an issue on site as everyone is usually there. Not much in a way of out of work culture.
The workplace culture is really good. Everyone is super helpful and there is various opportunities to socialize with co-workers outside of work hours.
Team relationships are very strong.
