The office is in a great cbd location and offers a spacious, comfortable working environment. While the hot-desking setup works well overall, having additional personal storage would be helpful at times. It's also great to see inclusive facilities like a prayer room available for muslim employees. The kitchen is well-equipped with ample fridge space, which is appreciated. One small improvement would be adding more variety to the tea selection and incorporating more frequent events with light refreshments or finger food to encourage team engagement.
Offices are in a fantastic location, always enough desks. Dress codes are not strict however everyone dresses very neat.
The dress code is smart casual which provides a bit more flexibility for employees. The office is great, but could do with more sit to stand desks.
Head office is central, easy enough to access and modern. Dress code is completely self driven (with-in reason).
