The interview was very informative. I appreciated being able to go to the company and get a taste of the culture as a part of the interview process. The recruiter was excellent at answering questions and keeping in touch with any updates.
The interview process had an assigned Hiring Partner who kept in contact all the time through phone and email with timely updates on the process. It made me feel human rather than just another number applying, which I had felt during other graduate program hiring processes. The interview process made it clear it was hiring for people skills and attitude and not just technical skills. I found this to be an attractive approach for a company to be looking for in graduates because a graduate role shouldn't require high technical expertise; you're looking to develop technical skills in the job.
The interview process consisted of a phone interview, an extended interview over Teams, and an in-person group assessment day. The hiring team was incredibly friendly, informative, responsive and helpful. The in-person day was well-attended by relevant leaders in the business.
Fantastic recruitment process. Three interview stages but all relevant. First interview was a phone interview with basic screening questions. Second opportunity was a 'welcome day' where you had the opportunity to meet other applicants and take part in activities, including a group presentation. Third interview is a zoom 'face to face' interview. Process is smooth and well supported, and a highlight is that there are no silly AI interviews or weird puzzles to solve. All very human.
Everything was great except we had to complete extensive health checks
