High salary for a graduate and office based role in the city. Friends working consulting rather than client side graduate roles in similar industries get paid less. Overall package is great but due to the company's quasi-public setting there's not much room to provide additional perks or bonuses which is understandable. Graduates are included on the EBA which has time in lieu perks, I found that to encourage a transparency and fairness.
Graduate role pay is exemplary. Other benefits and policies (leave, etc.) are fairly standard.
