Overall, the organisation is performing well and making solid progress. While there is always room for improvement as is the case with any organisation, it’s clear that efforts are being made in the right direction. One particularly positive aspect is the company’s commitment to sustainability, especially its ongoing work towards achieving net zero emissions.

It is definitely mentioned a lot. I am not in a team that directly impacts the environment, nor works to change our impact, so i cannot speak too much on this.
