During my first rotation, i experienced a lack of clear structure and formal guidance from my leader, which required me to independently seek out resources and training. Although there was no assigned buddy, supportive colleagues generously offered assistance. Unfortunately, there were no one-on-one meetings with my leader, nor did i receive feedback from the assessment leader. Additionally, there was considerable pressure from higher management to meet kpis, and the overall environment was not particularly conducive to personal growth or social interaction. On the positive side, i gained valuable technical skills, such as proficiency in watercad, and enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with customers and consultants. Learning directly from knowledgeable experts was a significant benefit of this rotation.
Not much in a way of a learning plan. I have been given work which is very good for my development however there isnt much in a learning plan such as milestones or specific skills i should be learning
Training is moderate, there is some training material available but most of my learnings are from verbal training from team members. There is opportunity in documenting training materials and standardising processes.
The role itself provided a wealth of training opportunities.
