I think the thing that would help is some more feedback (positive or constructive) from the broader team. Some direction in what exactly is expected of me beyond my student role would be great - if there are certain tasks as student that are particularly more important than others when transitioning to a consultant.
There is much potential for promotion in the business. If you show you're working towards your goals leaders will recognise that and consider your promotion.
Many people who are at Senior levels come from the student internship program. There are lots of opportunities throughout the year for you to network at work, in the industry, and increase your visibility, upskill etc.
Clear progression path from intern to consultant to senior consultant and beyond. Experience with a wide range of interesting projects
Seems like a natural progression from Assistant Valuer to Valuer to further possible promotions to senior valuer. There is a understandable amount of time you must spend in the role you are in before the prospect of progressing is realistic and attainable.
