They have lots of opportunities to connect, network and relax. I am often talking to different levels within the business and feel comfortable enough to do so, I just wish it was a bit more interdisciplinary (from a student perspective)
Very good culture - people are social and like to look out for each other. There is a hierarchy but superiors are quite approachable. Quite often Friday arvo activities and drinks.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, we have a lot of initiatives throughout the year which keep people social and connected. We have drinks every Friday in the office, a surprise snack attack every Friday, monthly morning tea, monthly team meetings followed by lunch etc. We hold events such as sausage sizzles, we all would bring our laptops to the breakout are and watch the world cup while working, we've had many table tennis tournaments etc. There isn't really a hierarchy, you'll find interns chatting away with directors. Especially with out hot desking system, you get to sit next to someone new almost everyday.
Planning team is nice and there is not a culture of overworking. Big bosses aren't scary and everyone is kind. honestly awesome group of people
A lot of socialising among employees. Despite hierarchy all of the senior employees I interact with are very friendly, conversational and heavily contribute to a strong, collaborative workplace culture.
