They are great and nice people. I can't complain. It would be useful to have more consistent feedback from the broader team. I often don't know how I am tracking (I have been told to assume no feedback = I am doing okay)
They are quite available and happy to chat. They make sure to meet with us regularly.
My manager is very understanding of my priorities as a student. If i ask last-minute to work from home, or take some leave to finish off an assignment, she always encourages it. Additionally, we have 6-weekly check-ins to see how everything is going, to discuss your goals etc.
Very chill, supportive and down to earth management
My managers are the best, very helpful, kind and nurturing. They provide constant feedback on the job and teach me as I go.
