I enjoy them a lot, and I am very satisfied with what I learn. I just wish I had more introduction/insight into the types of tasks that the team takes on at the start so I feel less confused 8 months in.
I feel like my work can be quite meaningful although sometimes I am just allocated quite simple tasks that are a bit repetitive and dull.
I enjoy the research and analytical component of my job. I get to stay updated on key geopolitical events, and national politics, which I really enjoy. I additionally get to see how economics can be used to provide numeric value to all kinds of projects, like a golf course on an island, or an underwater museum.
Exposure to a wide range of statutory and strategic work from public and private sectors. No two days are the same and the work is engaging and interesting. No one micromanages.
I assist in gathering evidence for valuations of assets to be completed and then write the reports once valuation has been completed.
