For the city shapers and the community makers. We're looking for current students who are passionate about shaping cities and making communities.
Portfolio and resume submission > quiz/form involving behavior analysis and thinking processes > interview based on skills, experiences and interests.
It was well set out into two interviews - 1 group one at an info evening and 1 solo interview in the office. Seamless and run professionally, my questions and concerns answered and I felt challenged to rise to the occasion.
Very comfortable experience, questions were not too difficult and there weren't that many rounds as you would find in typical internship recruitment
Friendly first impressions, time consuming assessment process
There was just a long period in between initially submitting resume hearing back, then receiving an interview and then the offer. Long waiting periods of up to six months often made me thing I did not get the job and they had just moved on.
