I wish I had more coaching and direct guidance at the start. Other than that I have lots of opportunity to develop my skills and the resources to do so outside of work.
Lot of coaching and training opportunities almost every week.
When I first started, we had many seniors in our team who facilitated workshops for us to learn how to use all the different programs and how to complete different practices. We were also given a mock project which provided insight into how you would use all this different software in one single report.
Lots of exposure to different interesting types of planning work and very supportive team happy to help you out
My whole internship builds me towards applying to become a valuer and everything I have done benefits me towards this goal. I am regularly spoken to about the future and progression of my role.
