Whenever I have any questions or any outside of work commitments I don't hesitate to reach out to my manager. Whenever I ask for constructive criticism I am not afraid to ask and I'm provided with great criticism to learn from. My manager provides praise and recognition by making announcements in our teams chat as well as providing recognition points. My manager also aims to have a team lunch at least once a week for recognition.
