Mix of development work and learning
As a graduate I usually work on tickets which involve usually analysis, programming, testing and meetings. A great learning opportunity for myself. I don't feel micromanaged and feel trusted to do the work given to me. If I need help I'm not afraid to reach out to my colleagues.
Good mix of project work and BAU work, also get exposure to work cross teams and domains to get a broader range of experiences
