The interview process at our company consists of three phases: an initial application review by the Talent and Acquisitions team, a first-round interview (either via video call or in person) with HR, and a second round of interviews and skill assessments. The final interview is conducted with the department head. This process may vary from person to person.
Interview process was straightforward and logical, Case study approach and a behavioural interview with questions tailored mostly on behavioural side. Seems appropriate for graduate level.
The interviews include 2 stages - 1st interview with the national hiring team and then 2nd round with the local team.
As a grad we had to present a user story based on how improving/including IT in a business is helpful second round was an interview with someone from Senior management
