The interview process and assessments were easy to go through and manage from a logistical standpoint, but also challenging and engaging from an academic/personal standpoint.

I loved the recruitment process for this company. Got a really good vibe of the recruiters which made me want to try hard for the role. Started off with a psychometric assessment, phone interview. zoom interview with speed dating type questions in different rooms. another assessment was in group of 4, had to read the sustainability report, we were given three questions then had to present our answers.

Interview and assessment processes were relatively smooth and nothing out of the ordinary. Included initial application, psychometric assessments, self-recorded video interviews, phone interview, and the assessment centre.

Relative to other graduate or entry level engineering roles, Ventia's was straightforward and did not require too many stages. On the downside, the process is lengthy, taking over 6 months from application to start date.
