Career ladder is very clear, and you will know when there are roles available because they're posted internally. You know when and if you'll be getting a pay raise because the expectations are very clear. There aren't a lot of jobs available in my field right now unfortunately though.
VPS4 roles after grad program is a possibility
The employer made it quite clear that there is not a guaranteed position at the end of graduate program. However, it does seem that if you are kept on after the graduate program, there is quite good promotion opportunities within the organization.
My employer provides easy to understand pathways for progression. Disappointing that this years graduates were not available to progress while every other cohort was the options and pathways to stand out are still clear.
