There are many opportunities for professional development and learning at this organisation. After completing the graduate program we are given opportunities to apply for internal roles in full-time positions.
Promotions are not granted while we are in the program, but after the program, we are aware of potential responsibilities, salaries and conditions. Unfortunately, positions are not guaranteed after the graduate program, but the support is available towards the end of the program.
There is no continuation of employment offered at the end of the graduate program without applying and interviews, however, this was communicated before commencing the program. They have said they will assist with future roles if they are available.
