The team I work in are very social and easy to work with. There is a large cohort of other grads who do social events after work reasonably often (1-2 times a fortnight).
Teams work very well together, there is lots of socialising amongst colleagues. Graduates hold events often.
Colleagues tend to get lunch in groups and approach each other when in the office in a friendly manner. My current rotation has three levels of seniority that meet on a daily basis. The employees higher up are friendly and are contacted less frequently by those on my level. The graduates in the program catch up outside of work unprompted by work.
