Depends on the team you're working in. Some grads are so busy and given work at a level above their pay grade, while others don't really have any work at all.
Traffic design, liaising with DTP, processing MoAs, reviewing TGS and TMP, coordinating meetings.
At the start it feels like I'm taking small crumbs off my leaders plate which is a great place to learn but it takes a long time after continuously rotating to start feeling fulfilled in my role. The work doesnt feel meaningful but I know that it will get better with time.
