Nice offices, nothing crazy but publicly funded offices should not be extravagant. Location and facilities vary depending which office you're in - city office is very well located and easy to access.

Dress code is to be professional yet comfortable. To ensure you look presentable and professional is always a top note but there is room to be comfortable also. Office space and location are often ideal and easy to get to.
