Mentoring opportunities are excellent. Formal training is difficult to get.
A lot of different training programmes have been provided as part of the graduate program. The Graduate team runs monthly lunch and learn sessions which provides a deep dive into a specific team. After each rotation, there is also a week of the "Graduate Learning Series" program which goes through a lot of the soft skills that is required to thrive in a working environment. For engineers, you also get the opportunity to get a certificate IV in health and safety which will be great for the future. Feedback was given in a respectful manner and my direct supervisors have all been very willing on giving me coaching/mentoring.
