My role as a technical consultant will vary depending on the project i am on, typically the day-to-day tasks are software development tasks but as consultants we do more than just deliver software as we have to help guide projects in the right direction, so many of the tasks often involve stakeholder engagement
Go into the office and check emails, then have some meetings and lock in and write some code. I think that a good portion of my day is either ideating or writing code, although some days can be pretty meeting heavy until lunch. This is of course dependent on the project you are on as well.
I am responsible for tax compliance and needs to ensure whether the filings are accurate. I must ensure compliance with proper documentation and update the working paper when there's new bir rulings.
