What stands out most to me about the company is the work culture, not feeling too much of the hierachy in the job as well as knowing and seeing partners and managers sitting next you at the office and being always there when needed to talk to and to ask for advice is an opportunity for us all to look up to them and learning more from them. Everyone in the company gives to the work culture as well as the kind and joy times that everyone has both in the office and after hours, having lots of activities and classes here and there to bring the team closer to work better as well as to know each other better.
Visagio has a very unique culture and its great to be apart of. Lots of laughter and joking around but when it comes to working everyone chips in to get things done. Its an incredibly collaborative environment and a flat hierarchy.
The culture attracts a lovely group of personable individuals who make the environment comfortable and conducive for work. This encourages learning and provides a network of support. Though this enabled by the less hierarchical structure, there are drawbacks, such as a less formal training curriculum.
