Managers are very easy to get to and speak to from day to day considering that they are always sitting with everyone in the big office and not being from those managers with fancy offices and not being able to go to them at all times. In Visagio it is different and it is really better, considering most of them had similar start to you by starting as Interns and becoming partners and managers in the company that gives them more knowledge on how to mentor us and how to give advice and guide throughout our career and growth.
Due to the flat hierarchy, managers within the company are easily accessible and always make time when you ask for it.
The managers are generally approachable and keen on having regular chats to discuss feedback and avenues for growth. Though I believe that there is room for improvement; sometimes due to their schedule, this might be of a slightly lower priority, and understandably so.
