My experience with the interview was very comfortable and had one of the partners who was very supportive and understanding. They made sure that everything I answered was fully listened and were looking for people being kind hearted and willing to have continues learning before moving to actual tech skills that will be required at the role. Clear structure and ease of following progress and very comfortable in asking questions whenever during the process.
The interview process was a little bit lengthy, but fair enough when you have to process so many applicants.
I participated in an online test, followed by an online interview, then an in-person interview. The communication and time between phases can be greatly improved with more consistent and clearer updates from the team.
