Normal work hours at the company are 9-5, however I believe there is a lot of flexibility if wanting to come earlier/later as well as leaving earlier/later as long as client is aligned. Working remotely has been one of the best perks of the role which the team decides together which days they want to work remotely and which at the offices, which is also beneficial as many times if feeling sick or having some commitments mid day then it is very easy to communicate to work remotely.
I work on average 40 hours a week, sometimes longer towards the end of projects to get things done but apart from that the company is very flexible and accommodating. You can work from home when required and take time for appointments no questions asked. It is also a company that provides a supporting environment and understands when you have personal things going on in your life or if you are feeling burnt out and need to take a break.
From what I've noticed, Visagio demonstrates a high flexibility with working arrangements. For example, allowing employees to work remotely as and when they need to, as long as it does not compromise their work and they complete all of their tasks.
