Varies team to team but most people are very good to learn from and personable. Strong graduate legacy and community.
Friendly and supportive
My department has been phenomenal and my experience across the Geelong refinery has been really great. The company invests a bit of time and resources into fostering and maintaining a healthy workplace culture built on respect and it really shows in the interactions you have with anyone on site.
