I am constantly learning and strengthen my skills both technical and non-technical through the tasks given and my role. But will be even better if my skills will not be the obstruction that dragging me to stay in the office instead of letting me to explore some other exposure.
Pretty satisfied other than how manager handled things. As a first year graduate, you are given lots of responsibilities and tasks to do. Sometimes might be tasks that are usually handled by seniors as sometimes for the work that you do, you will be booking under senior rates. Not complaining as I really do enjoy being thrown into challenging tasks.
