There is a lot of informal training given by the learning department and my seniors. However, it will be greatly appreciated if there are some formal training courses to enhance our skills will be better.
Performance feedback is not constructive, rather than motivating you to keep progressing, it has been very difficult to feel motivated after the performance reviews. Do not feel validated for the work you have done despite going above and beyond for all the work delivered. All because the way my personality is very different to his, this made it seemed like I am not performing well even though I have received numerous praises from people that I am working under with. No coaching/mentoring is offered despite mentioned in the graduate program that coaching and mentoring are available.
