As a graduate, my working hours include learning progress. I stay longer to get my understanding clear and sufficient to satisfy the need of my task. Overall, the working arrangements in my workplace is very flexible.
Work is fairly flexible when it comes to the hours, you can come in early and finish up early, as long as you have done your hours. Working arrangements however have not been flexible, as graduates are not allowed to work from home and manager have been very strict about it.
