It is an easy transition through to the graduate program when finishing off your degree.
Various role possibilities are present - should provide scope to align with career aspirations
You get to do four six-month rotations in different teams which provides you exposure to different areas around the business. They do give you the opportunity to put preferences in for which teams you will rotate to. They did provide roles for people once they completed the graduate program, but some of the roles provided were only fixed term contracts. There are opportunities to move up the rank, but I do not have a clear knowledge of how difficult this is.
I have confidence that I will be supported in my transition from contracted employee to FTE and the internal hiring rate is higher than other companies which inspires confidence in the career growth opportunity here.
