The workplace is comprised of many people of diverse backgrounds and experiences, and I have found it to be very open and friendly within the office. There is a clear and easily understandable organisational hierarchy that is simple to access and review.
Its very bland after hours due to the nature of being a government agency, but not too bad.
Has a very positive culture. As a far as I have observed, everyone is friendly to one another.
I have had the opportunity to work across many teams and haven't run into any that hasn't been a joy to work with. I have made friends and connections that now span out of office hours. My managers are approachable and care about their employees. I have encountered a few people who I have experienced more negative interactions with. However, the experience has never passed the point of needing to raise issues and my overall experience has been overall glowingly positive.
