The managers, while busy, will always make an effort to communicate and lend assistance when asked.
My managers are available and approachable. I don't feel afraid to come to them with questions or concerns and feel supported in my current role. There could be more structure to the feedback and work outcomes, however I never felt forgotten about and could always go and talk to them.
