This role will have you completing tasks associated with the early stages of the projects handled by the team. These tasks require you to analyse and assess the network, identifying weaknesses and providing alternative solutions where necessary.
Graduate role is predominantly getting broad experience within the organisation.
I find myself having to fill my time in quite a bit but then when I do get work, its usually all at once and I am very overwhelmed for a few days. I thoroughly enjoy the work however and find the work I'm given challenging and am given the support to complete it. I have also found that most of my tasks are from a different team rather than the one I am in, which I don't mind I just am still a little unsure of the day-to-day tasks of my own team.
