Felt comfortable to get the role based on previous work experience and vacation work experience at the company
You first had to make a recording of yourself answering some interview questions. This was followed by an in-person interview with two interviewers.
Online interviewing and creating a business case on a company I didn't know a lot about was difficult. The feedback I got wasn't very helpful too as they expressed disappointment in my lack of understanding on business processes. Potentially making the interviews more based on more generalised knowledge as I'm sure this is a first job for many applicants. However everything besides from that I felt very supported and found the process actually enjoyable compared to some other companies.
