I have had major development in my skills for the software related to the role (PowerFactory, Excel, etc), as well as my understanding of power systems. I have been given the opportunity to attend a variety of technical and non-technical training sessions within Western Power and by other companies that work with Western Power.
I have been offered an extensive library of training and have been given the resources and time to complete these. The feedback I've received has been very positive however, the areas for improvement have been led mostly by myself. I'd love some more constructive criticism as to improve myself and my development to become a better employee in the company
