My employer understands that I am a university student with a busy schedule. I have found the arrangement to be very flexible with starting times and working days, so long as I work at least 7.5 hours a week (during the university semester).
Very flexible for work hours, not so much work arrangements.

Flexible with start and end times as long as you work between the hours 6am to 6pm on a weekday. Flexible with providing work from opportunities.
In my current rotation I have been fully in office which is expected during probationary period. All my leave requests have been approved though.
