The Gold Coast office is very small so we are a lot closer than I would say bigger businesses. The office culture is good no matter what level the employee is we all mix well and respect each other. We usually go out for lunch as a team once every 1 or 2 months but pay for ourselves. On the Gold coast there is no real after hours social scene, but the Brisbane office has a social club for after work team events. We do have an EOFY party and Xmas party which is nice and goes for the whole day as well. In terms of working together once again as we are a small team we all need to work together, so I work a little bit with everyone which is nice.
Everyone gets along well and it is a caring place to work.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Socialising amongst colleagues is common and encouraged.
