We are required to work 37.5 hours a week with 90% being billable hours which can sometimes be hard to do. My work does offer the option to work from home but you do need to apply for this and have the right equipment at home especially as WB Qld does not give a laptop under, they are usually a manager or senior accountant. I have not opted to work from home yet as I feel I am more productive at the office. WB also offers a 9 day fortnight subject to partner approval and meeting your productivity KPI's.
Work hours can be flexible as long as you're present for core operating hours of 9am-4pm, communication with management is easy to adapt to other arrangements such as uni. No work from home before 6 months.
Work hours are pretty flexible. It's ok to come in late if you stay late, as long as you work 7.5 hours every work day. Since I'm relatively new, I've been coming into the office every day. But soon I can arrange for a two-day work from home schedule.
yes 2 days from home once probation passed
