I work 8:30 to 5 most days, work is very flexible with working from home if needed.
Our firm is very flexible with hours and prides itself on supporting a work/life balance among the employees.
For the time being I am only working 8:30-5, and find that I only stay later if I am in a meeting with a client and/or my supervisor. There is no pressure to stay late, with the emphasis being on completing work during the regular work day. I am sure as my experience and task increase so to will my workload, but for the moment I can maintain a work/life balance and it has helped not being overwhelmed by entering the full time workforce.
