Hybrid work culture is still strong, so workplace is flexible. Depending on the manager, few days of work from outside Australia (e.g. my home country) is possible. Pay is sub-par compared to industry standard. No bonuses remove any incentive for graduates to work extra or take initiatives. Pay for site work is also sub-par compared to the industry. Other than Engage app - there are virtually no benefits. No health insurance coverage, no good progression.
There are perks offered in the role, with a specific platform dedicated to it, i have yet to look into it
