The workplace culture is very positive and inclusive. While there is a clear organisational structure, people are approachable and accessible regardless of their position. There is a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, and I have found people willing to share their knowledge and help others. There are also opportunities to socialise through team/company events, which helps build relationships outside of day-to-day work.
It is very good inside work, but not much happens outside of work
