From my experience, Woodside has been a very inclusive workplace. As an international graduate, I've always felt welcomed and supported, and I've worked with people from a range of backgrounds and experiences. There is a clear organisational structure, but people are approachable and accessible regardless of their position. I've always felt comfortable asking questions, contributing to discussions and learning from others, which has made it easy to settle into the organisation.
Each department has their own diversity and inclusion team, of which I am a part of for my department, and we have budget to host events for our department, additional to the events that the company puts on.
