As a Graduate Production Engineer, I support production surveillance, well performance monitoring and a range of operational and optimisation activities. My day-to-day work includes analysing production data, investigating issues, preparing reports and presentations, and working with different teams across the business. The role provides a good balance of technical work, problem-solving and collaboration, and I have been given meaningful responsibilities and opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues.

As a process engineer, my day to day tasks are quite project engineering related. Not necessarily a bad thing

I am a business partner which means I work with the business to incorporate policy and standards to ensure we run accurately and efficiently. Sometimes there are day to day tasks such as transfers but occasionally, there are activities like investigations, terminations and promotions
