Woodside invests significantly in employee development through a combination of formal training, capability assessments, development planning and on-the-job learning opportunities. Since joining the company, I have completed a range of technical, safety and professional development courses, while also receiving regular feedback and coaching from colleagues and supervisors. These opportunities have helped me develop my technical knowledge, communication skills and understanding of oil and gas operations.

There are so many development and training opportunities that I don't have time to do them all!

I have done lots of training. I did a plant production training tafe course recently. i have been to site and overseas as part of my development and have lots of mentors

The training is very unofficial. There needs to be more consideration of individual skills and use that to train the employee for best development opportunity.
