I have always been good with data and technical side of things, however I was not so confident with communication and confidence. As part of grad program, we've had numerous navigator programs where we addressed exactly these issues and I've been very happy with my progression so far.
We're encouraged to take part in formal training as well having SMEs willing to perform internal/informal training for the graduates.
