My managers are easily accessible and always happy to have a one-on-one chat if need be. Performance feedback is delivered well and recognition is well-awarded.
Pretty good I can call my leaders anytime. Internal communication and performance could be talked about more I believe
My manager is good. I think sometimes it can feel a bit difficult to try and make time because he tends to be so busy but that is to be expected. Performance feedback has been good, I think more useful feedback specific to the work that I have done has come from managers who I have directly contributed work for versus my overall team manager who provides more general advice and feedback. Team manager does make effort to catchup every now and then to check how things are moving and I am feeling in my role which is appreciated.
My mentors are very helpful. They are always willing to provide me work and trust that I can do a good job. But they also understand that I am only an intern and are always willing to offer their support. They are also very understanding and flexible with my varying uni timetable.
