Pretty flexible on starting and finishing time as long as you finish the work and are available at least between 10-3pm. It is usually 2 day work from home arrangement.
My employer is very flexible in terms of hours, as long as I meet the 7.5 hours a day and am available between 10 am and 2 pm. We have recommended days to work in the office, but they are flexible with working-from-home arrangements.
The company offers flexible working arrangements, including remote work when appropriate. Management is supportive, and the work-life balance is excellent.
Pretty flexible, very good for appointments ect. (so long as there's no field work planned for you), as long as the work hours are met each week there's no problems.
